I had a wonderful experience here buying my Jeep.

I had a wonderful experience here buying my Jeep. Alex was so personal, professional, and just truly genuine. We really enjoyed working with him. Very thorough and very knowledgeable about my vehicle. Please go see him if you’re looking for a new automobile. I also can’t forget about Tyler the negotiator lol, and the finance director Darlene. Super experience with an outstanding group of people!

Oxmoor completed an oil change for me, they work was door

Oxmoor completed an oil change for me, they work was door quickly and accurately during my scheduled appointment time. The service advisor and the clerk I paid were excellent, nothing remarkable positive or negative about my actual interaction. Only negative is the constant calling from the dealer to completed this survey, three weeks later and they still call me at 7:30PM or later to complete a survey, obnoxious to say the least? Will I get my oil changed again at Oxmoor, most likely ?.

The lady who checked me in ensured i would be called when

The lady who checked me in ensured i would be called when the vehicle was ready, as i informed her i was leaving. No one ever called me so when I returned to the dealer 2 hours later, the desk informed me it had been ready and it was normal for the lady to not call as promised. Did not appreciate the disregard to my time and getting the service completed.

Completed oil change and didn't place new mileage sticker

Completed oil change and didn't place new mileage sticker on the car so that I could know when my next visit is due. Oil attendant kicked items around in my car. Receptionist is unfriendly and very rude! No customer service skills

My truck has been serviced at this dealership several

My truck has been serviced at this dealership several times and each time has been more than just pleasant. Adam, the service manager is personable yet professional and I have no idea how he keeps up with all he does because I have continued and quick responses to all my text and continued updates and fast service even, when parts are having to be ordered from Chicago. In my opinion, Adam, not just the service keeps me coming back. Thank you very much, Joy.
