Kendra and the spitzer service center are always

Kendra and the spitzer service center are always fantastic to work with. The quality of care with the cars is matched by their quality of care with their customers. They know that keeping us on the road is an investment, but they also treat us like we are one of their own family, so they always make sure the service is safe and thorough before putting their customers back on the road. I will continue to purchase jeep when my own car is no longer driveable, solely due to the spitzer service center being so exceptional and trustworthy

They did not fix my truck.

They did not fix my truck. I had to supply the parts because you were unable to get them. Then it took two days to install them. It worked for six days and is even worse now. I paid almost $600 and it is not fixed. Now I was told to bring it back. They couldn't tell me when it will be fixed because they are short staffed. This is not my problem it is yours.
