I usually have great service it was just ok this time.

I usually have great service it was just ok this time. I asked when I scheduled if they would have the part. I was told by Steve that he would make sure it was available. They didn’t have the right part but there was another that they could use. I left and went to lunch with my mom. The appointment started at 10.I didn’t get called until around noon that they didn’t have the correct part. I told them to put the other one on. I came back at 1. And everyone had went to lunch, so my car wasn’t done. I had to wait until 2:30 before I left the dealership. I live an hour away because I have always had good service in the past. I had no idea that I would be spending the day at the dealership

Not impressed.

Not impressed. Bought a used car 27,000. They left cupped tires on the car because they had tread. They refused to fix some electrical problems we found on our way home. When we called about the other issues , the dealership refused to repair the car. There is NO 30 day warranty with this dealership. They sell AS IS... So BE SURE you test ALL FEATURES on the car before you leave the lot or pay for the car.
