Friendly and efficient. I wish they had taken care of the Spitzer insignia on the back of the vehicle. Was silver, now is yellow and looks tacky.

Arrived a little early.
Arrived a little early. They promptly checked me in and offered me to wait inside. When finished they came to get me and I had some questions about a letter I received from another company about an extended warranty . They looked up what coverage we have and was able to determine what is in place is what is needed. Car was washed and they were able to tell me which tires had been ritated where. Also pointed out down the rode I would need new breaks. Great people!!
