Very friendly, even though they couldn't negotiate the vehicle price, what I paid for was not bad comparing to other dealership. Upset that I was so excited and did not pay attention that they did not gave me the floor mats for a brand new car, now I got to buy from another place.

Communication was excellent up to the point of repair.
Communication was excellent up to the point of repair. A part or labor delay from another customer tied up a lift which turned this repair into several hours from the 30 minutes originally planned for.

I was travelling from NY to TN yesterday when my
I was travelling from NY to TN yesterday when my Gladiator started shimmying on the highway. Timothy Wolford identified the problem and despite being booked solid with appointments did everything in his power to assist me. We were fixed and back on the road in under an hour. Tremendous service! Mr. Wolford is the kind of person every company wants working for them. Thank you so much, sir!
