I was kept waiting for 6 hours and nothing was done to my
I was kept waiting for 6 hours and nothing was done to my truck. You scheduled an appointment to perform two recall items. They were not completed because you didn't have the parts. Shouldn't you have checked that before you had me wait so long? You did do some research on finding a shift cable. I appreciate that. However, I was told that the person handling my vehicle came out looking for me and I wasn't there. I was. I saw him at least six times and made eye contact with him. He did not seek me out. Next time I will go to a different dealer. Thanks. Steven Hertzler

Alan Beran could not help me on December 24 because they
Alan Beran could not help me on December 24 because they were closed. That really messed with my schedule. I didn't like it as well but he was willing to come in early on Thursday morning after Christmas. When I mentioned that to a gentleman in parts/service at 8 AM he said, nah he won't be here before 9, he lied to ya. That's sales for ya! BUT!!! 8:20 and Alan was there! Got is right out on a test drive, had the vehicle washed and cleaned while we did the paperwork, made everything super easy and straight forward and we were down the road and headed home in a very short time!
