Tim is great! He kept me informed while my truck was in for repair. He's super friendly and I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to Spitzer! The staff is great and so are the mechanics!

Service was never preformed.
Service was never preformed. Received a call stating they inflated my tires and nothing was on the history. Picked up the Jeep the icon was still on showing all tires were low. We were told by trust worthy mechanic we do have a issue on our history. Called the manager , Wolford, regarding concerns and he began yelling on the phone. So I will NEVER tell anyone to buy a jeep there!!!! You would like to believe the manager would address concerns. Drove home and sleet began with all 4 tires low.

Staff appeared to be unfriendly.
Staff appeared to be unfriendly. Felt like sale staff member was put out by me asking questions about a new vehicle in the car lot. Never introduced herself or bothered to ask my name or anything else. Didn’t seem to want to be there or bothered. Course could be her generation with tattoos and nose piercings I’m sure I put her off as an older 60ies year old male.

The price for a battery and lug nuts is ridiculous.
The price for a battery and lug nuts is ridiculous. I declined those recommendations. Can get them much cheaper elsewhere. I would love to be able to buy those items from you but why would I at those prices?

The sales staff was nice.
The sales staff was nice. One of the cars I looked at had stains in both the front seats. I questioned weather they detailed the car good enough. The stains in the sets was a turn off for me wanting to buy the car. I did look at another car on there lot that was in nice condition. The dealership would come down on the price of the car that I was interested in.
