Very rude and unhelpful sales. Told me I couldn’t get a new truck then I went to another dealer and got one. Basically told me to F off. Unprofessional. The service department was helpful.

I purchased my new Jeep Wrangler at Spitzer, a couple of years ago, and had a very fair deal on a trade in. From that point on with their professional a, service has been above and beyond. No worries about doing work that does not need done, they are 100% honest. Their mechanics are excellent and beyond 5 stars. From the service department when you check in with Tim Wolford or one of the excellent staff members, to the completion of the service done, everything is top notch and above board. Whether you are purchasing a new vehicle, or servicing an existing vehicle, you can't go wrong with Spitzer in Ontario/Mansfield, Ohio, the are the BEST from start to finish!

Blake was an exceptional salesman. He was professional and courteous. He kept in contact with me regarding my vehicle purchase. He exceeded his attempts in providing an affordable sale with my personal needs and requests. It’s a very clean place and everyone was friendly and courteous. It’s an inviting atmosphere with drinks and snacks available to the customers. The kids play area was impressive and convenient for those with children.

Bought a brand new Dodge Durango and the entire vehicle has orange peel! After having my vehicle for five days they only attempted to have the one door fixed. The rest of the car still looks terrible! When I took my car to the paint shop he explained that my WHOLE CAR would need wet sanded and buffed to see if that would resolve the issue. Instead Spitzer just had them do one door that I originally pointed out the worst spot. I explained to them before I even dropped my car off the while car needed fixed. If I could give this car back and go buy another explorer I would in a second! Buying a Dodge Durango is one of the biggest most costly expenses ever! And of course I am getting no help and no one else seems to mind but I guess it is not their money. I will be taking my car back again on Monday and talking with the service manager. The fact they have had my car multiple times and never once done anything to compensate the gas, time involved or hassle of the back in forth is absolutely ridiculous!
