Top notch.

Top notch. Colton and another person (sorry, didn't catch her name), stayed after work hours on a Friday to help me out. Long story short, Colton said he would take care of me and did he ever.

Couldn’t rotate tires the wheel lock was missing.

Couldn’t rotate tires the wheel lock was missing. Your people always change the tires, they must have not put it back in my car. Will have to make another appointment now, after Spitzer gets the lock key. My windshield has a film on the outside now after they washed it. I cant get it off.

Nobody knows anything!

Nobody knows anything!! Got an oil change, when I called to schedule I asked the price and how long oil change was good for. The answer I got was we haven’t done oil changes in a while so i don’t know the price and oil change last 10,000 miles. I go to get oil change the guy there says oil lasts 7,500 miles, when I got in my truck sticker said change at 3,000 miles. I then called back and the guy I was dealing with said don’t pay attention to that it last 7,500. I tried to call service manager and get to the bottom and have left a message and hasn’t returned my call. also there was a recall on my truck I didn’t know. I never asked them to look at, they go ahead and look at it and then charge me to look at.

You guys tried to sell me work that was done on my car 2

You guys tried to sell me work that was done on my car 2 months ago. You diagnosed the problem and told me to bring it back to where I bought it. I did that. Two months ago where they fixed it. Then under routine oil change maintenance you guys tried to sell me the same work not knowing I had it done already.
