They were patient with us while we worked to communicate

They were patient with us while we worked to communicate with our loan officer. They were accommodating. They were honest, and polite. You could tell that there was pride in their work, and company. I definitely want to be a repeated customer.

Colton took me in for the oil change even though I was

Colton took me in for the oil change even though I was scheduled at Kia, or so I thought. Colton was very patient and explained things. I think I may just come to the CDJR side for service from now on. You have a better waiting room.

Even though I had my car in their 3 times for the same

Even though I had my car in their 3 times for the same problem it has never been fixed. I had a lot done but I can’t understand this.

This visit marks the second time I brought my 2020 jeep

This visit marks the second time I brought my 2020 jeep Cherokee for the same issue and they are unable to find the problem. The first time I brought the vehicle in it was less than a year now the warranties about the wire out and I’m gonna be stuck with an issue that I might have to pay out-of-pocket because that service center is unable to find the problem.
