I took my jeep in for service after having lots and lots of problems with it and Tiffany was very sweet and very understanding and got me the help that I needed to get my vehicle fixed

We were on our way to Columbus for some testing on my

We were on our way to Columbus for some testing on my husband towards his upcoming csncer surgery. The power steering went out on my 2022 jeep grand Charles so husband said we should go rent a car at enterprise. We didn't know there was a jeeep dealer so close. So we rented a car. Then one of the guys at enterprise said there was a Jeep dealer just down the street so we went down to the Jeep dealer and explained what was going on and they took very good care of us. We were very grateful and we took the rental car back.

Tiffany and the staff were really nice and friendly. Tiffany had my wife and I laughing with the stories she was telling us. She was very helpful and honest with our vehicle. We will send people to her if anyone plans on taking their vehicle there.
