We were able to schedule an oil change online and was askew to set the appointment pretty easily. We were told it would take 45 minutes to do the oil change and rotate the tires. They did it within that time frame. They also told us, that since I don't travel over 5,000 miles a year, I only have to change my oil and rotate tires, once a year.

It is a family atmosphere.
It is a family atmosphere. They are very courteous and helpful. Everything from providing a drink/snack bar in the waiting area to the service clerks, customer oriented. Don't mind waiting at all.

I showed up just to look.
I showed up just to look. Wasn’t planning on buying and Kurtis came out to greet me and ask a few questions. He wasn’t pressing for me to buy something but just very helpful and persistent. He made my experience far greater than I have had in the past at other dealerships. Most of them these days act like they don’t want to sell a car and Kurtis just disregarded today’s norm and was very pleasant, professional and helpful. Very impressed.
