I walked into the dealership simply to kill some time and enjoy a cup of coffee, with absolutely no intention of purchasing a vehicle. A short while later, I was the proud owner of a brand-new 2026 Land Rover Defender and that speaks volumes about the experience Ingrid created. From the moment we met, Ingrid was polished, knowledgeable, attentive, and exceptionally professional. There was never any pressure or typical sales experience. Instead, she took the time to understand what I would appreciate in a vehicle and made the entire transaction effortless. As a Texas resident, I also needed the Defender shipped back home. Ingrid handled the details seamlessly and made an out-of-state purchase feel remarkably simple. The level of service matched exactly what you expect when purchasing a luxury vehicle. Land Rover North Dade delivered a first-class experience from beginning to end, and Ingrid De Jesus was the reason. I came in for coffee and left with a 2026 Defender headed to Texas.
