Great customer service and no hassle pricing approach. Low pressure. Allowed to drive several vehichles, got the straight scoop on how models were made and why they drove a certain way, allowing for us to make a decision we were happy with.

John didn't put down other dealerships I mentioned visiting or their products. He didn't pressure me into buying something the first day I went for a test drive, which I really appreciated. He emailed me later in the week with news that they just got a Jeep in with the features that I wanted and was in my price range. I can't say enough about the non-pressure of this sale and the exceptional service.

Will not buy from again. Came up with some xx line of how my car wasn't worth blue book and when they put it on the lot was almost twice more than they gave me for trade in. Talk about an a** xxxxxx. Denny Hecker got what he had coming and so will this dealer.

Had a great experience today at this dealership. Sales...
Had a great experience today at this dealership. Sales rep made me feel very comfortable and had the vehicles I wanted to test drive ready. He helped point out the features and differences between the vehicles I tested which helped me make an easier and informed decision. I didn't plan to leave the dealership with a new vehicle today but they made the process so easy without putting any pressure on me whatsoever. I'm very happy with my decision and would highly recommend Rick Sorenson and Barnett Chrysler Jeep Kia to anyone.

Staff here spent significant time ripping on competitors...
Staff here spent significant time ripping on competitors and disparaging them. While this may or may not have been true, I never feel good when I'm being sold into buying from someone for MORE money based on their saying that the person offering the better deals are LIARS. So we did the due diligence and went down to visit a dealership an hour away (New Prague Auto Group) who had a similar minivan for sale. Turns out that they WERE telling us the truth. the deal WAS good and we got it done. We saved thousands of dollars going with NPAG over Barnett. We live locally and it was a tough decision - we like to buy local and be loyal customers. But the vibe was bad from the beginning and we felt like they were holding something back from us. We didn't leave the place with a good feeling - unsure we will ever go back. -- Dave in White Bear Lake

I received a fair price for my trade-in. The sales person (Rick Sorenson) knew the product, communicated clearly, and the process was completed quickly and professionally.
