Experiance of buting new Jeept

Joleen and Tim were wonderful in handling lease of new truck. KUDO'S to both of them. Pat was also vey helpful explaining the new lease to me.

Best value for a new car.

We had the best experience at Barrnett Dealership in White Bear Lake. We came in looking for a used Dodge Charger and we had been told about the best deal they had to offer on a brand new one. Our sales man Rick Sorenson was so knowledgeable and really made us feel at ease about making a purchase there. They really take care of you! Thank you again! Customer for life. Worst Sales, and Customer Service I've ever experienced

I am a woman in my 30's and wanted to buy a car that only Barnett Chrysler Jeep Kia had at the time in my price range. Emanual the salesman laughed when I asked apparently a dumb question in his eyes, then when I pointed out a problem with a car he said it was because the way I was driving on later proved wrong that it was an issue with the car. When it came time to finance the finance person tried to tell me I was wrong with math got his calculator out and again was proven wrong. Once I purchased my car I finally got a good human that treated me like a human, Chris in finance. He had no issues with me asking questions, but when I asked for a car fax I was never given one. Next they were supposed detail my car, and order parts to add a tow package. My car had food under the seats, cheeto prints on the ceiling, and sticky material in the cup holders. I brought my car back to get the tow package installed, asked for another detailing, oil change, fix auto recline, taking off the decal on the bumper, and fix the navigation as promised upon purchase. They never called me to tell me that the car was finished I had to just show up, when they gave me the car they said they didn't know what was wrong with the navigation, but instead of calling me and asking they just did nothing, the cheeto prints were on the ceiling, decal was still there on the bumper, and the car had only been vacuumed. After showing them that nothing happens when you try to use navigation they said they had to order the radio and it would be another week and i would have to drive 2 more hours back to them to get it installed. No apologies yet mind you, just a blame game. Finally they call to tell me that my navigation parts are in and transfer me to service department only to have nobody pick up. They promised to call me back but it has been a week and they haven't so I did. When I got transfered an picked up they asked if I could hold and I said no I have been waiting long enough. Fought with the lady on the phone for refusing to go on hold, and she fought back and just placed me on there. When the sales manager Bill picked up he said she wasn't being rude and that she was just doing her job. I finally got my appointment made and hopefully the car will get cleaned this time and my car works as promised.

Would not come back

I purchased a Jeep Compass in 2011. Sales experiences was a typical dealer experience. Haggling over price, interest rate, etc. Salesperson was not particularly knowledgeable about the car. Service experience after the sale was consistently poor, however. Appointments forgotten, time estimates all over the map (example: estimate for an airbag recall was 30 minutes. Took 2 hours). Small items that should have been covered under one of the warranties I was (rudely) told were not. I do not plan to return to the dealership to purchase my next car nor could I recommend the sales or service department to anyone I know.

2014 Town and Country at Barnett

I purchased a 2014 Town and Country last week. Rick Sorenson, Leon Schneider and Jeff Link were wonderful to work with. When purchasing a vehicle from years back, there was always so much pressure involved when buying a vehicle. But, Rick and then Jeff were exceptional and made us feel that there was no pressure. They helped us through the whole process. Leon explained the whole warranty to us with no pressure also. Thank you for doing that. After driving the vehicle on a snowy day, I had an issue about the traction and Jeff asked us to please come back so the mechanic could look at it. He couldn't have been more helpful. Hopefully, things are resolved. I'll see how things go when it snows again. Thank you for all your help!!

Purchase of a vehicle at Barnett

I had a very unique credit situation and the Staff at Barnett stepped up to the plate and made it all happen. Thanks to the efforts of Tim Rogness and Bryan Barnett who got improbable made into a great deal. Thanks to Rick Sorenson who's sales experience and knowledge of his product made the rest of sale a truly great experience. I truly enjoy my vehicle and am looking foreword to continued business with Barnett Chrysler/Jeep.

Ken Wagner was great to work with!!!! They were able to offer great prices and financing that was lower than what I had been quoted by another place! I love my new car and had a great experience.

Chrysler 200 purchased, need inadequacies addressed !

I have been researching 3 vehicle models for the past few months, 1 of which being the Beautiful Chrysler200. I have visited many dealers and talked to many people during my research. Last Saturday I visit Barnett Chrysler. I expected the Chrysler 200 to be out of my price range, so I told Joleen let's look at Dodge Dart's. We did. Jolene and I met with Tim, and Tim offered me a great price on the Blue Chrysler 200. I was pleasantly surprised !! It didn't work out for me to purchase Saturday. I came back Monday after work and closed the Deal with Joleen & Leon. Unfortunately the purchase, loan approval process lasted until after 7pm, and I did not have adequate time to thouroughly inspect the vehicle before I left with the new Chrysler 200. After leaving: 1. I found scratches in the Blue paint. 2. Windshield wiper bracket is broken and makes loud thump! Fortunately it has not rained while I am driving this week. 3. Bluetooth pairing w/my Android cellphone does not work consistently. I am being told that Body shop personnel are gone by 5pm. I work until 6pm most evenings. My main question is: Who was there detailing the vehicle at 7pm on Monday when I was "purchasing", but now are not available to take care of the scratches in paint and windshield wiper, when I want to come in now after work? ToBeContinued ,,,, p.s. - The performance and functionality of all other areas of the Chrysler 200 have been great !!

Great experience buying my 2009 Wrangler.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The financial process was good, with no surprises. No pressure at any time. Atmosphere is very calm and easy. I will likely go back to this dealership for my next vehicle.

Great staff and easy to work with.

Purchased a 2014 Chrysler Town and Country. Very pleased with salesperson Andrew. Showed us the van no pressure. Asked what we hope to get in trade $ for or older vehicle. It all worked out . Very accommodating. I would purchase here again
