We had a vehicle we were upside down on with a not so great interest rate told them how much we had down and the payment amount we were comfortable with got us a great interest rate and a car payment we can handle with a brand new car thanks Justin you guys were AWESOME

The sales rep was uninformed and when you don't jump through their hoops rude and beligerant, finally walking away with a snarky over the shoulder insult. He treated me like I was an idiot . I told him what I would pay (the advertised price) but it would be the out the door price (14K) He wanted it in writing, I told him if you say yes, I'll write a check right now. He said that's not the way we do it. He was insistent so I said I guess that means no, that's fine. You have my number. He shouted at me, "You do it our way or you don't do it at all. WHAT A HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP. I sent this info to Barnett e mail 3 days ago with a request for an apology. No reply. Avoid these guys at all costs. One other thing to show their dishonesty. I aasked if van was repainted. His answer, I doubt it. I pointed out the pebbling and lack of smoothness. He said I'm not sure but if it was that was considered in the price. My integrity aantenna went up.

I was super busy today and was worried that finding my new car would be a ridiculous process. It couldn't have been simpler and I got the exact car I wanted with the least amount of effort I have ever had to put into getting a new car. So easy! Seriously! My process today: 1. Barnett.com-->Clicked chat and told them the exact car I wanted. 2. Phone call to me (within 20 minutes)-->Bryan Barnett calls me and asks me a few basic questions. 3. Phone call to me (15 minutes later)-->I've located the exact car you would like and can have it here as soon as tomorrow! We agree on terms. 4. I go to Barnett.com and get pre-qualified (only had to fill out two minutes worth of information). 5. Shelby calls me back (within 15 minutes)--> Reviews details and tells me to come in and finish up the paperwork tomorrow and drive home my new car! Excellent Job. I have never had buying a car be so easy and I got the exact car I wanted with a great price!
