MIke Kilgus & his technician, Jeff, are AMAZING!!!

I once had a car towed from CT to PA so it could be repaired by Mike Kilgus' team at Chapman. I have developed a great deal of trust for Mike over many years.

Dodge Durango Lease

Edgar and Rich went above and beyond to secure my wife's Dodge Durango's price and down payment for 36 month lease. All options she wanted in the new car plus the trade value she wanted on her old car. Highly recommend Chapman Ford of Horsham!

Thank you Steve and Matt

We were helped immediately upon walking in the door. However, after seeing the manager and being directed to the lobby, we did wait a while before a salesman was able to assist us. We had Steve and Matt who was shadowing as a new employee. They were very helpful and very nice. Matt and Steve were a pleasure to work with. The process was long but streamlined. I was in the dealership from about 10am to 230pm. So be prepared to make it a full day thing when visiting. That?s the only reason I gave the buying process 4 stars instead of 5.

Great Service and atmosphere

I took in my Lincoln for inspection, break inspection, oil change and Sync update. My service advisor, Mike Kilgus came out to great me upon arrival. They have a huge enclosed bay area to shelter you from bad weather, which I love. Mike reviewed everything we discussed when I originally called to set the appt. My car was done on time, Mike reviewed a vehicle report and the repair list with me. It's always a pleasure at Chapman!

C&C Chapman Ford Horsham, PA- Maintenance

Joe in the Service Department was able to get both vehicles completed in a short period of time. I had questions about my new Dodge Ram concerning services and answered all questions. All of my vehicles come to Joe! Very knowledgeable in all areas. Great asset, great professional and dedicated to the customer. I had passed three (3) local Ford Dealers in order to take my vehicles to get service at Chapman Ford in Horsham.

Large dealership, few used cars

There are more used car on the site than in the store. I found that not enough info is listed. The cars I went to see were either sold or not sellable
