Chapman C&C Ford Horsham PA

I have been a C&C Ford customer since 1995 and have always gotten great service on my Ford vehicles. This time was no exception. I wish I could say the same for the Jeep side of the lot.

Worst buying experience ever!

I never had a dealership not wanting to sell me a car I will never come back to this dealership ever. BTW THE BEST THING ABOUT THIS DEALERSHIP IS THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT GREAT BUNCH OF GUYS.

Chapman Horsham Service

Annual inspection, car treated with respect, returned very clean. Waiting area superior amenities. Waiting time a bit longer than some.

Sales man BEN was great

Everything was so good but one of my rebate was eating by them so overall I lost near to $1,000 from msrp. The sale person Ben was great!

Ding Repair on my Great Looking Mustang

Asked for a repair quote on my last maintenance check, received a very thorough one that was good for a period of time. So I scheduled the repair at my convenience, received a ride home through service and was picked up once the repair was completed. No hassles, work was great and service was extremely convenient.

Great People

The sales people here were very kind. I appreciate him not pushing me out of my budget. They did not have many cars at my price point so I did not make a purchase, but my salesman was very nice and tried to help as much as he could. They seem like trustworthy people who want to sell quality.
