Chapman Ford

I had my oil changed. The work was done in less than an hour and my check out was quick and easy and I was on my way in less then 5 minutes. Joe was polite, pleasant and helpful.

Service Evaluation

2010 Escape only needed Pennsylvania State Inspection and emission check. Work was done quickly, and car was ready for me when I said I would pick it up.'

horrible customer services

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES. ITS LIKE I WAS DOING THEM A FAVOR. MANGER AND FINANCING HAD CARELESS ATTITUDE. I DID NOT FEEL WELCOMING AT ALL.
