Quick and painless
Fast, I have very little time in my schedule to do this. The experience was fairly quick and only required 2 visits. If it had been a lengthy process I probably would not have done it. I worked with Fred Bell during my visit and he kept the experience quick, easy and painless.

Professional Service
I always receive prompt, efficient and courteous service from the Service Department at Chapman Chrysler-Jeep. In particular, the efforts and performance of George Nightlinger (service manager) and Scott Smith (service technician) are noteworthy and deserving of a "job well done" as we say in the Navy.

Great service, friendly staff
I arrived without an appt while in for a body shop estimate. Tim stopped what he was doing and test drove my Jeep to be sure he understood my problem. Alfredo called me to confirm my maint appt and then again to tell me all was fixed. Much appreciated. I have not driven the vehicle yet but feel good that the problem was diagnosed and fixed, per Alfredo. Thx

Great Service - So Supportive
I dealt with Mariano from the service dept who was so honest, helpful, and most importantly concerned with our predicament. I initially called Fred Beans who only wanted money and paid no attention to customer service. Mariano took my call, listened, got back to me in a short time after launching his own search for answers, and as a result our car was fixed under an extended warranty by Ford. He surely deserves very much a blessing. Seriously, I'll call no other place now!
