Chapman

The sales person Matt Cooper was very conversant regarding the vehicles we were interested in. He provided his experience with the 2010 VW we selected that assisted us in making the decision to purchase from Chapman.

Chapman Dodge Service Center

Everyone at the service center is very nice. Everything that was done was clearly explained. I also have never had to come back to redo anything that was done.

Great service!

The team there worked really hard to put me in the car I wanted. They were all very friendly, ESP Matt who was my sales man. He was awesome! Also, the kitchen was amazing. The facilities were undergoing construction so it was a little cramped but was still kept in good condition as far as cleanliness

great service all the way around

tina the cashier/customer service real nice person very courtys,2cusmer service people friendly,drivers who shold me nice aspecially the older one.you have a great crew their keep it up.

Timely and scheduled when it was convenient for me

I let Alfredo manage the maintenance on my vehicle. I know that my oil has to be changed three or four times a year but I have no idea when tires need to be rotated or brakes serviced or filters changed, nor do I care to know. I trust that Alfredo will keep my car safe and in a state of good repair. Having my car serviced at C&C and managed by Alfredo is one less thing that I have to worry about.

Service

My husband was told inspection was due June and they were able to take care of it while he was there on Saturday May 17th. That is a big help because I travel for a living and depend on that car

Great Service

Inventory was much better than other Jeep dealership I visited. Salesman, John Mahoney was excellent. He was very helpful and listened and responded to what I wanted. I stopped in to look at a few cars and take a test drive and John let me browse a while and then had me in the car I wanted to test and on the road with in 5-10 minutes. Price negotiations went well with John and Ron, they both did everything they could to help find a way to get to us to the price we needed.

William Wong was very informative and friendly. Good selection of cars. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Finance portion took longer than expected (over an hour and a half waiting for paperwork). Great overall experience - would definitely recommend
