Very responsive "Quick Lane" Group. They were very busy the Saturday I was in and they made me feel I was the only customer they had. The Service Tech I had said it would be 1 and 1 half hours for the service I needed. I told her I was in a hurry and 45 minutes later the service was completed. The service tech was polite and knowledgeable She could be used to teach other tech's the way a service tech should handle themselves with Customers.

Friendly and knowledgable staff made my visit a pleasant experience. I was in and out in no time at all.

the service department is always friendly and helpful ..Ihaven't faced any major problems ..but, If Idid they would be addressed. This agency makes sure if you want to wait for your sevice ..You are comforable and treated like a guest.

I actually felt more support from the salesman Chris Hawkins. He was great on helping me track down affordable car insurance that fit into my budget. The staff was extremely informative about any vehicle on lot. Mind you this was my first time ever buying a car. I was nervous at first but the staff here at Chapman were absolutely great, that all those nerves went away. I found the car I wanted, in my budget and it is beautiful. The service staff cleaned the interior of the car and even filled my car with gas. Overall the staff led me to have one of the best experiences of my life and I was glad I could share it with them. I didn't need to make an appointment for an oil + filter change. They were able to rotate and balance the tires as well.
