The fact that the problem was corrected. I also had a question once I picked up my car and Mariano was good enough to come out look at my car take it for a test drive and explain the problem to me.

Great maintenance/ service personal
The guys in the Service dept. are great, especially Mariano who is always courteous, very willing to help (even when one of the other service personnel is in charge of my service),not only very nice but informative as well. The guys pulled through for me (thank you management, Mariano, and Rich) with my battery warranty and solved the problem.

By Far the best dealership all around
I went to several dealers in Pa and NJ looking for my Grand Cherokee with the Luxury package. I was so disappointed in the way I was treated. Chapman was AMAZING! When I walked in the door and Robert Hamill came up to me, he made me very comfortable, knew excately what I wanted and told me he would get it for me...and he did. He was amazing and the reason I ordered the car and waited 2 months...The sale didn't stop after the order either, Robert stayed in touch through it all. Thank you everyone for making this such a great expereince and giving me the best price to make it all possible . I couldn't be any happier...

Great customer service by great workers like Rich.
What I like most about experience is when ever I take my vehicle in for any reason I am always met with a smile and and upbeat energetic person. Everybody that I come in contact with are always smiling and are very helpful with any questions I may have. This past time I came in contact with gentleman by name of Rich. From the time I walked in with my vehicle, Rich was so helpful he answered all my questions I had and let me know of some things that needed done on my car. When my car was ready he gave me a call. I am very happy to know that when my car needs anything done there is people at C&C that I can trust like Rich.

overall the service department was as I expected.. When I made the appointment I asked for a shuttle service home while waiting.. Was not happy about the over 1 hour wait for that.
