ALWAYS EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE

I have the VERY BEST service from Mariano EVERY time I am in Ford. He is genuine and that in my book makes me trust his expertise in handling my car!

Returning customers for 4th time...

This was our 4th visit to Chapman in which we left happily satisfied with a new vehicle. We were able to get exactly what we wanted for the price we could afford. We have purchased 2 used vehicles & leased 2 vehicles there & we will continue to do so. Our son is going in this week and hoping to trade his used car in for a new leased model. I'm certain they will work with him to get him the best deal possible. Sam Green was our salesman and was very patient, because we did have to cancel an appt we made, when my husband needed emergency surgery. I assured him that he would get our sale when we did come in and he assured me he would do his best to put us in the right vehicle. I called ahead of time and Sam already had vans picked out for us to choose from, based on what he knew we wanted. It was a very rainy day and it saved us from being outtside walking around for a long time. We appreciated it. The manager was understanding of our financial obligations and worked hard to get us the best possible deal.

Routine Service Appointment

The machanics evaluated my car as per my instructions. They gave me the options available without attempting to sell a service that I didn't need at that time. It's a pleasure to deal with the staff at Chapman C & C Ford facility.

Facility was clean even under construction.

Mr. Wong was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining all the bells and whistles of my 2012 Ford Focus. There was no pressure to take any additional services. It was a good experience.

Great place to do business

Everything, from the time I got there to the time I left, was absolutely fine. Everyone courteous, professional and, this was a "no appointment" oil change and tire rotation and my wait time was minimal.

Great Service

My wife brought the car in and had the door opened by a salesperson and was guided back to the service area. The service writer was very helpful and informative. He was able to resolve our issue in less than an hour.
