Also, I appreciate that they service my vehicle for an oil change without an appointment, discovered I had a nail in one of my tires and fix it for me and provided transportation to my job and back to the dealership to pick up my car.

by far the best part was dealing with robert hamlett, courteous,knowledgable and friendly are just a few words ive used to describe him to friends and family.

My salesman Mr. William Wong was very friendly and wanted to assist us in any way possible. He went the extra mile even though it was past closing time to make sure that when we left we knew everything that we need to know about our new vehicle. He shared information about his family and clearly goes out of his way to develop a long term relationship with his clients. We had to have my husbands truck towed. I told Alfredo it would probably be up within the hr. They checked it out and we had it back that afternoon. George also returned our call. Alfredo kept us up on the progress. I was really impressed they worked on it right away. (Lost the brakes). Cant ask for anything better. George and Alfredo are # 1 in my book.

I like dropping the car off at 7:30 and picking it up at the end of the day. I only ever get my oil changed at a dodge dealership because other people screw it up. I never have problems when c&c do ig.
