Stay away from the service department! They do not care about you or your vehicle they just want to get as much money as they can out of you! I have had multiple problems with their service department! They replaced a mirror with a broken one; I came back two hours later and they accused me of prying on the mirror causing it to break! They refused to take the mirror off and give me the money back but they offered to replace the mirror but they were not going to do anything to make sure it works! They also made sure to throw it in my face multiple times how they are being so "gracious" for replacing it after "I broke it" Before this I have taken in another vehicle to have one window fixed (all other windows were working when I came in) I left with none of my windows working and they told me that when I got there none of them were working (I showed them what my window was doing which means they were working) they offered to diagnose the problem for another $100 additional to what I already paid to have my one window fixed. This place just doesn't care! Their managers are a joke! Their service wait time is awful! Most likely you'll walk out with more problems than you walked in with! I rather pay double getting my car fixed elsewhere than giving these people another penny!

Excellent Customer Service
I liked that Joe understood my needs first. I also very much appreciated Dudley. I went to my bank for a pre approval just to know where I stood. Dudley was able to beat that interest rate saving me almost $2000 over the life of the loan.

Wonderful Car Buying Experience!
We showed up just hours before closing on the day before Thanksgiving. Expecting that all would be ready to head home, we were pleasantly surprised with the reception we received. Our sales consultant, Ron Williams, was professional, courteous, and friendly, making the process of finding a vehicle an enjoyable experience. Dudley Bentle, the finance manager was extremely helpful in securing financing. A great big Thank You for making what is usually a very difficult decision and experience an easy one! Randy ? our salesman came in on his day off to help get us into a new car after we had trouble with our old car. this was a last minute life saver. he always makes himself available and his customer service is second to none

Wonderful and honest buying experience.
I was greeted as an old friend. I called before I went to the dealership and after deciding (on the phone) on a car that met my expectations they had most of the paperwork finished and waiting on me. All at the dealers were friendly, helpful and very efficient.

Average experience
Right from the initial inquiry to test drive to booking, all was fine except for the day of delivery. I was made to wait and finally left with the car with no demo or even the least information. Bit dissappointed as it did not make me feel great on the day of delivery.

Salesman was low key and very knowledgeable and friendly. No high pressure at all. Allowed my wife and I to weigh our choices of vehicles and options without influence. He let the vehicle sell itself with just the right amount of guidance.

Great service. Quality used car.
Trustworthy and valued my overall business. I actually really enjoyed the coffee machine. I felt valued that Corey offered me a bottled water and when he called me he immediately made a counter offer on the car and that showed he wanted my business. Regardless if I could get a better deal elsewhere I knew I could rely on the dealership for further auto purchases.
