After waiting 1 hr for a tire rotation they came out to tell me I needed new tires and can’t rotate. If I would have known ,I would have gotten new tires but was told it would be another 1.5 hours wait.

Who do I ask to speak with as this is the general number ? I expressed my frustration with service writer and they didn’t seem to care to pass on this information to service manager .
Brought my truck their for a electrical problem.
Brought my truck their for a electrical problem. They looked it over test drove and put 15 miles on it Time and time again they couldn’t find the problem. They eventually gave up and told me to come pick my truck up and I had to bring it to somewhere else to get it. Repaired
