Until lately I have had decent service from the service department. That is until I purchased a vehicle from another Ford dealership!!! I have had my 2020 Super Duty that I purchased from another Ford dealership in this shop 3 times and have not had left satisfied. Each time Bodie and now Jake have made a point to inform me that I didn't purchase the vehicle from First Choice. I guess my question is "What about the previous vehicle I did purchase from them?" Does that not count??!! Each time it was someone else fault, this time it is the trucking industry. Never mind the point I have been given 3 different stories about where the part is coming from and when it shipped. Bottom line. 3 weeks later I'm still waiting, and Jake, I have called other Ford dealer parts departments and they say they are not having any of the "supply chain" problems you claim are causing you such misery!!!

This dealership was several hours away from us so an accurate description of the vehicle condition was imperative. Saudy Montoya did an excellent job describing the vehicle including a video walk around. When we arrived at the dealership the vehicle was prepped and ready to go and was in even better condition that we expected. The paperwork was quick and easy. Professional job all the way around. Would absolutely recommend to anyone for both used and new vehicles!

Great experience, was happy to find out that they had the truck I was looking for. I drove 6 hours one way to trade in my older truck and pick up a new to me, used truck. I was very pleased that they had everything ready to go when I got there. Trade-in was easy and the finance department was no pressure and no hassle. I especially recommend working with Saudy Montoya(internet sales) and Larry Lloyd(financing). Saudy and Larry are good assets to the First Choice Ford team. Both of these two did an excellent job for me and I would be happy to work with either of them again in the future.

Buy anywhere but here unethical service and parts department sales team awesome but that's all you get keep driving and go to a shop any shop who can make repairs

We worked with Jaymee Jones and she was awesome! She was informative, educational, fun, and a total delight to work with! She was incredibly patient with me as well as my spouse. She is the best! I plan on buying my next suv from her if possible!

Attempted to talk to service writer about checking my ford while traveling home (hours away) but was completely dismissed. Very rude. Terrible customer service. No thank you.
