All my experiences with Quick Lane have been very positive. They are thorough and express concern for my time and the end product of their service. They offer a shuttle service if you don't have time to wait. I will continue to take my cars to them for service.

We hadn’t been to Joe Machens since the early’80s when we had a bad experience. We’re glad we gave them another chance. They went out of their way to make this purchase an easy experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Purchased new F-350, F-450 & a pre-owned F-450 here all...

Purchased new F-350, F-450 & a pre-owned F-450 here all within about a year. (Lots of $ on high end trucks). Latest F-450 is a gas engine & quickly realized I need to be back in diesel. I called my salesman (Eddie) several times on trucks I see pop up on the website & basically have to beg for a callback…. Kinda sad I have cash in my pocket to spend & can’t even get the courtesy of a call back. It’s not like I am buying Focus’s here…. Oh well, off to the next Ford Dealer.

We've been thinking about dealing with Joe Machens Ford, Columbia for some time. We were told to go see Kelly. It couldn't have gone any better!!! I'd give him 101 stars if I could. I'd even pay more money just to deal with Kelly, bc I don't want the hassle of dealing with anyone else! We have told old friends and neighbors to just bypass JC and head to Columbia. Hopefully he is still there next time we or our friends are in the market. I'll probably stop buying cars if he's not around. The only complaints I have are that the new Explorer wasn't as detailed as I would have expected on a $50k vehicle. And finance took forever to get me in and processed, they didn't seem that busy.
