I have dealt with this dealership for many years. Mike Kehoe set the standard for customer service when he owned the dealership and I am very proud to say that his values are still very present today. Tom Stegeman is so good to deal with. It is a pleasure doing business with these people.

Everything was great except it took four hours to wait on...

Everything was great except it took four hours to wait on paper work. Too long to wait. Arrived at 3:30. Had our vehicle picked out by 4:30. Finished at 8:05. Excuse was something about computer not working but was not told this until 7:45 when we start signing. Had our granddaughter with us who was very hungry and thirsty. Had we know something was not working, we could have left to eat and then came back. Then we had an hour drive home. Not happy about that.

Recent vacation to Montana resulted in cracked drivers...

Recent vacation to Montana resulted in cracked drivers side door glass on our 2020 Lincoln Navigator. Also resulted in the need for “The Works”. Glass was ordered and received quickly. Body Shop and Quick Lane coordinated the work and both jobs were completed flawlessly!! Was given a brand new Lincoln Navigator just like ours as a loaner and our Navigator was as good as new when we picked it up!! GREAT SERVICE!!!

Cameron Neal was our sales person and he was friendly, efficient and informative for those of us new to the technology. Finance person, Bobby, explained all the paper work and was able to get us a great rate. Dealership was clean and cold water provided. Everyone was friendly. We drove 2 1/2 hours and would do it again to use this dealership.
