I would definitely recommend to go here to get a vehicle. I had a very smooth experience with Juan. He was very easy to work with though the process.

Tried to purchase a 2025 used Jeep Grand Cherokee. When reviewing the final numbers, the finance manager was trying to pull some unethical pricing structures that for one is very concerning and two, if you are not familiar with the price or sales structure when purchasing a vehicle, you would never know. Increasing the approved finance % stating that credit union has fees and that's why the percentage increased, taxing more on the vehicle witj doubling taxes by not using the correct tax code or using the correct purchase total with trade in. They also tried sliding in hidden dealer fees with also asking for 2k down. For a vehicle that was being sold for 27k with a trade in that had equity of 7k and also asking for 2k down with a 4.9% interest, their 72 month loan, they said, would be almost 500 a month. I have the dealer write up sheet and did my own research to find out these issues myself. Luckily I did not purchase here.

I had a service appointment for my brand‑new 2025 F‑350 at Mathews Ford on February 12, 2026. The truck has just over 800 miles on it, but it needed to be serviced because it was not providing power to the trailer brakes. I arrived for my 8:30 appointment ten minutes early. Around 10:20, Joshua from the service department informed me that the technician was refusing to work on the truck because it had been undercoated. I asked whether management was aware of that decision, and he said yes—they advised me to take it back to the dealership where I purchased it. I explained that I would not be returning for service or purchasing another vehicle from this dealership again. They did not seem to care. To recap: they are a Ford dealership that refused to work on a brand‑new Ford pickup simply because it was undercoated. Joshua, the service department employee, was excellent and did everything he could, but I will not be returning.

I was very happy with my experience at Mathews Ford and Marion. They worked very hard on my deal. They went above and beyond what they needed to do and thanks to their efforts. I left with my very firstbrand new vehicle.

This is the 5th brand new vehicle I have purchased from Mathews auto group. I purchased a Honda Accord EX, an Acura CL Type S, a Hyundai Genesis Sedan and an Acura TLX. This is my First Ford Mustang GT. I have always exclusively used Mathews for my service at his various dealerships located in Marion Ohio which has generated a good deal of income for the dealerships. I was not very happy with the deal that I got for my trade that was in excellent shape. Whatever valuation they showed me was quite a bit lower than any other place I researched on the internet. I purchased the car at full M.S.R.P. which is the first time I ever had to pay full sticker for a car in my life. I gave the salesman my preferences for a vehicle in April and was told that he could do a dealer trade to get what I wanted. I found a vehicle at Donley Ford about 22 miles from dealership and contacted my sales person. He said the dealer wated a Mustang trade in return and would not make a deal. Mathews had a Mustang coming in for dealer stock but it was not what I wanted. My salesman then found a car that had my options at a dealership in Michigan who agreed to make a swap. The salesman told me the car would be in to pick up on Wednesday October 14th. I agreed and said I would pay cash for it when I came in. The salesman called and tried to see if I wanted a different Mustang because he was having trouble making delivery of the vehicle. I asked him if he was backing out and he said "no" that is would be another week. I finally picked up the car on October 21st. I gave them a check, a copy of my drivers license and my trade in title, all with my correct name and address on them. I examined the paper work closely when I got home I learned that all the forms had the wrong address on them. I immeadiately called the dealer to prevent them from processing any further and had to drive another 60 mile round trip to sign the new paperwork. I thought all was well until I got home a took a closer look at the perperwork and disovered the VIN was totally incorrect and belong to another vehicle. The salesman Zach Courtad was kind enough to bring the perework to my home to sign. He told me he would call and let me know when I could come in and pick up the title. Zach called on Friday October 20th and said I could come get the title on Monday. He also told me to let him know when I was on my way which i did via text. Monday October 23rd when I am on my way to the dealership. I am in my car just about to arrive at the dealership and get phone call saying that the title was mailed. Another wasted trip. I said OK and went home. 2 days after that I get a thank you card from Zach but no title. He checked again and was told it was taken to the post office Monday October 23rd. This is now Saturday 28th and no title in mail, My question is why did I get a thank you card in 2 days and not the title if they were mailed from the same place at the same time? Now I a been told that it takes 7 to 10 days to get the title after they told me it was done and already mailed. Not only has this cost me time and money, but it also caused my insurance company to redo all the paperwork since the VIN was initially in error. Now to top all of that off I cannot redeem my Fordpass points since your webpage keeps timing out and crashing. There are 2 items I wanted to use the points for that expire 10/31 and I am running out of time. Needless to say, I cannot recommend Mathews Ford to anyone. Zach Courtad is caught in the middle of all this and is NOT at fault for having an incompetent back office staff.
