They service both of my cars and until I started doing business with Herb Chambers Cadillac I never would use a dealer for anything other than warranty work. Now I even buy all my tires from them. A J has been there for many years and is the reason I continue to have my cars serviced there.

As a car collector, I have dealt with too many dealerships to mention. I worked with Danielle Jarrell and she was the most professional and considerate sales person I have ever worked with. My Saturn Sky was starting to give up the ghost. I wanted another sporty car, but I needed one with power seats to get in and out of more easily and a couple of other features (manual transmission for one-love shifting through those gears). A search online lead me to Genuine Motorcars. They had just the car for me. However, never having bought a car online (and out-of-state) before, I was hesitant. I had attempted an on-line purchase previously, but it went badly. But I'm glad it did, because I got the car I should have had all along instead of the car I thought I wanted. After talking to Nick, Chris, and Tom on the phone, my worries disappeared. I was able to quickly arrange a car loan and took the train down to Tampa to drive the car back back home. Tom picked me up at the station for my salesmen Nick and Chris. They are all extremely cordial, and most of all professional. Tom sat in the car for the better part of an hour going over all the controls with me. Chris took me out on the test drive. I also talked to Tom, the owner for a half hour. The entire process from initial e-mails and phone conversations to final purchase was to everything I could have asked for. Thanks so much for the pleasant transaction! Had a ball driving the car back home. Kudos to the entire staff of Genuine Motorcars.
Jerry took the time to insure I was satisfied with the repair of my vehicle. He provides excellent feedback and listens to what you need. He then goes above and beyond what the customer ask of him. If you truly want to insure you get the proper respect as a customer and if you want to ensure repeat customers then I would make sure all your service advisors perform as well as Jerry. When I drove the car away, about 2 hours later, the air conditioning went out. I phoned Paramount Auto because if the 90 day, 1000 mile warranty; but they still have not returned my call or reimbursed me for the repair. The desert climate is too hot to drive any car without air conditioning.

I was lucky to find Arizona Specialty Motor on Cars.com when I was looking for my next car. I wasn't in a hurry to trade up and more wanted a special treat for myself. I took my time and looked at dozens of listings for several months. I emailed a few dealers and outreached ASM. I received a personalized response (not a template email) with a cell phone number encouraging me to text if I was interested in a test drive. I sent a text and received a quick response. All of my questions were answered and solutions were offered (installing a back-up camera) in my desired vehicle, which no other dealer had even mentioned was an option. I stopped by after work and was greeted immediately. The car was cleaned and ready for my test drive. Chad and Drew were so friendly, so relaxed and simply talked to me like a person- not a sale. We chatted about fantasy football while watching MNF. They worked with me on a fair trade amount and I had a new car in 2 1/2 hours with my EXACT desired monthly payment; no haggling and tons of laughter. I really can't believe we accomplished so much before dinner. I would highly encourage anyone to bring their business to them. So happy with my purchase!
