I was searching for a good option to replace my current Ford. Mark Warner contacted me on line and nwe discussed what I needed. Mark invited me to visit Mathews Ford Marion to see if he could help me. We discussed my needs and desires in a replacement vehicle. Mark made a suggestion and I liked it but I needed a little different. Mark gave me another suggestion. It fit my needs to a "T". We completed the necessary paper work and the new auto was delivered to me. The ride home was great. It worked out great. I took my wife to show her our new car and went for a ride in it. She kept asking me questions: The "does it have this and that kind". Went to dinner and she said "George, you made an excellent choice. I love it." Thank you Mathews Ford Marion.

And I will continue bring my vehicles for service at Matthews ford because of this their service department should be commended

Said my 2nd key could not be programmed so really did nothing for me in the long run. Good news I didn't get charged for that nothing. Didn't wait to awfully long for that nothing

In 1992 I purchased my very 1st brand new car from Mathews. They helped me find insurance and go thru the loan process. I was 20 then. Loved that car. Now I met with a sales person a couple months ago but chose to buy my Ford elsewhere this time. However, when I asked questions and needed help figuring things out with this new vehicle, Mathews was willing, friendly and at least tried to help and it didn't cost me a dime. Unfortunately they were not able to program the spare key I found in the car.

Jeremy, Josh and the team are always super helpful, pleasant, and courteous. We werent even sure what was wrong with my car, and the shop was busy, but they fit me in fairly quickly.

I really appreciate the people at the service desk. I made an appointment with what I thought was the Mathew Ford location and I was mistaken. But they made room for me anyway and changed my oil and rotated my tires with a smile. I really appreciate them!
