Dalton Hampson was an amazing sales person. He was well prepared for our visit. He communicated weekly to see if we had we had questions before our visit. Had 2 vehicles ready to view for our visit. Demonstrated vehicle features with extreme knowledge! Courteous and interested in finding out what our preferences were and found the vehicle that was perfect. Great sales person! Highly recommend him! Thanks for a great experience.

I would not buy another vehicle from Mcgrath again. I bought a new car about 3 weeks ago and drove it down South over Christmas and discovered that my air conditioner wasn’t working. I called mcgrath when I got back and I brought it in so they could fix it. The service guy was extremely nice and he told me he couldn’t fix it now because the air compressor wouldn’t kick in because it’s too cold. Then he said he was going to contact the sales department and inform them of the issue and they would look at it when it’s warm enough under the 90 day warranty. Well MELISSA VONG informed us that if they can’t fix it now then I would have to use my extended warranty because it would be after my in-house warranty. isn’t that robbing another company by forcing them to pay for it even though we are all aware of the problem caused by the dealer? That was a big fu— you to someone that spend $25,000 3,weeks ago at your business with the promise that everything works but it actually doesn’t. I’ve learned a lesson with Mcgrath.

Josh and Kattie were great to work with. They were straightforward, honest and provided transparent numbers. Professionalism and follow up was outstanding. We will start here first for any new vehicle purchases in the future.

Went to 3 Cedar Rapids area dealers. Our McGrath salesperson, Dylan, did a great job and Ford and McGrath gave a fair price.

Every time I've brought our vehicle in for service they have exceeded my expectations. Always have an appointment time for my schedule, warm greetings upon arriving and are generally good people. They are always updating me on the progress of service, return the vehicle clean and on time.

Buying a new truck was great. Follow up warranty work went smooth and fast. Was promised my vehicle would be done at 1300 hours, and it was.
