This dealership truly made it easy and quick to buy a used car. They have a dedicated group and building for used vehicles. The salesperson was Brent Hensley and he was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and strait forward. Tom Sparrow is the manager and ensured that everything was no nonsense and focused on reaching a fair deal we could all feel good about. You will be surprised how easy and fast it is to buy in person with them. And, Stanley in Finance was just as enjoyable to work with and made it a simple process. Plus they helped me to easily arrange to have the car checked out by my local mechanic before buying. You will really enjoy buying a car from them and feel good about it when all said and done. We worked with Alex Biddle who was kind and understanding when we took a test drive and didn't get back to the dealership until well after closing. We thought they were open till 6pm, when they closed at 5pm. We returned a week later to lease the vehicle we test drove and Alex was wonderful to work with on the lease as well! We will definately ask for him when we come back!

I live near Columbus and the drive to Mike Castrucci Ford in Alexandria was well over 2 hrs. I’ve been searching for a Ford F250 diesel 4X4 with a front bench seat, less than 200k miles and under $15K. Needless to say the search continued for over 10 months. The truck I was looking at was a 2009 F250 with 118k miles and all the must-haves I mentioned. It was initially over my budget but we came to a very fair price and I drove it away!
