I especially want to recognize Sam Sidlauskas your Genesis Ambassador. Sam spent a very long time with me answering my questions and setting up all the electronics for me for my new 2024 GV80 upon delivery. His presentation was professional, methodical and understandable. I told him that I wished he was there when we purchased our 2021 G80 a couple years ago. My wife spent hours with the owners manual setting up the same things Sam was able to do in a fraction of the time. Sam even offered to have my wife stop in and he would walk her through the setup on her G80, the same as what he did for me. My wife is very anxious to follow up with Sam. A great addition to your team!

Youssef was new.
Youssef was new.-3 weeks. He needed help and had to call manager often. However I think that is how Gettel works-manager must interface on everything. This purchase experience was the most frustrating I have ever done. First, Gettel advertises a price and then immediately adds $2900 for Gettel advantage. This is just a way to get more money. Most buyers will never realize close to the $2900 penalty. I was trading a 2018 Chev Malibu. When the manager gave me a price it was low and the reason given was that they noticed some slight feathering on the front tires and it would need two new tires and alignment at a cost of $1500. I could not see the bad wear on this 18,000 mile car. Gettels 4 wheel alignment cost about $260 and two tires would be approx. $300 (max $700 total , not $1500). this was the first time I got up to walk. How stupid did they think I was. Then they told me that they had another buyer on the phone and he was ready to fly in to get the car if I didn't buy it. That was the second time we got up to walk out. Next, after agreeing to buy the car ( it is really a great vehicle and I had to ignore the negatives at Getel). I went home and happened to check NHTSA.com and discovered an active recall on the vehicle. I called the dealer and told them I would not take delivery until the recall was fixed. They fixed it in two days. When I did get the vehicle home, I discovered that none of the "Advantage" items had been completed. I called the dealership and asked to have the $2900 credited and they refused, telling me to bring the vehicle back. I returned with the vehicle and waited almost 3 hours for the work to be done. I will NEVER buy a vehicle from any Gettel dealer as a result of this experience.

Very professional and nice.
