A very good experience.

A very good experience. Service Rep. Was very helpful and attended to all my service needs! The service department is very clean and well kept.

Chace Pires in Service was awesome. Many times service people make guarantees that are not kept or give you timelines that are never kept, or just take forever to respond. Chace was super helpful and super responsive and everything was exactly as promised. Thank you!

Mikylah greeted me, checked my car in, and had a

Mikylah greeted me, checked my car in, and had a discussion regarding my problems. She immediately struck me as being very knowledgeable, particularly regarding the symptoms and possible service bulletins. She provided a loaner and kept me informed as things progressed through the day. It turned out to require a software update that had just been released for this niche issue with a small number of cars. Well the update took care of my problems and also provided me with a couple of recently added features that I'm quite happy with. Additionally, while servicing it, the technician also provided a narrated video of a full undercarriage inspection which was quite informative and reassuring. When all was done, I received a freshly cleaned car with all of the issues taken care of. Overall I'm very pleased with the professionalism, knowledge, and accommodations of the entire service department. *****

Great service as usual.

Great service as usual. They are always looking out for the customer. They discovered that my car needed additional work and they researched to see if there were any plans for that specific service.

Yet another superlative experience with Audi Westwood in large part due to the exceptional service provided by Mikylah Forde! I lease an exquisite '24 Q8 e-tron and for the second year running, Service Advisor Mikylah Forde provided an exemplary service experience for me. She is supremely knowledgeable and excited about the Audi brand in general and the Q8 e-tron in particular. It was a delight as Mikylah kept me fully informed at each stage and recommended the optimal service for my low mileage car. I feel as though Mikylah's enthusiasm is contagious and she wants the absolute best for her clients.
