Used them to provide inspection and diagnostics expertise. Jae Mason was a great Service Department Consultant. Very professional organization and upbeat vibe. Highly Recommend. Best Hot Chocolate machine in existence!

I have been taking my Audi A4 to Audi Westwood for many

I have been taking my Audi A4 to Audi Westwood for many years and although I paid a bit more with dealer prices the customer service and quality of repairs was always very good. My latest visit however suggests that the current ownership is focused on maximizing profits through the service department. The practice of billing 2 or 3 times the actual labor hours required to perform a service reflects poorly on the organization and should be addressed. The cost of parts are also overly inflated. At $250 per hour, the consumer should be charged for the actual time spent on the service or repair. For example: If a repair is billed for 8 hours but the technician completes the work in 3 or 4 hours he will be paid for 8 and then get paid do another repair. This is great for the tech but at $250 per hour, not good for the consumer. Under warranty, I would not hesitate to use Audi Westwood service department. The facility is clean and access to a loaner car is a significant plus. Once the warranty has expired however, I would consider repair facilities that offer more competitive rates.

I took my car for 70K miles service, including tire rotation and balance. It took about three hours to complete. The staff was attentive and thorough.
