The staff was very attentive and was able to work with me on price, financing and paperwork. I would definitely recommend Albany Subaru in the future.

I think it was Michael who assisted me when I drove the car in. Subaru is new to me and he answered some simple questions about the technology. Jason, the person who checked me in isn't on your dept. list. He provided excellent customer service and managed to get me in and out within 1 1/2 hours as promised by sales rep. (Only needed mud guards installed.) The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The coffee well stocked with amazing alternative beverages and few snacks to choose from. Compared to Toyota...I'm impressed. We'll see how the future goes with our long term Subaru relationship.

What a fantastic dealership! Great people and nice place. Andrew, and the general manager Bryan, went above and beyond to get us the deal we needed, and were professional, super-friendly and patient. They even delivered the car to us! This is the place to go if you are thinking of buying a Subaru.
