Great service

Great job all around by the mechanics and service rep! The new engine is running great. Thanks again for the great loaner car. It made the whole thing bearable. Thanks again.

Waste of time

Brought car in for problem with transmission, drove out and went down the road and transmission was not fixed rite. they said they put in new parts and did some software thing but it still doesn not drive rite at all. never going back there, lost a good customer of ford for over 20 years. softwear does not ever fix a problem it just makes it feel gone. very not happy at all with this service, I would like this review to be posted if possible, never going back and not happy at all, not sure if part was even put in but was charged for it. if I could give a negative star I would but its not possible.

Good experience

Have done business w/BayState Ford for many years. Recently the salesman we have always done business with retired and I was not looking forward to "breaking in" another. Our son recommended the salesman he just bought a vehicle from and we were pleased with our experience with the "new (for us)guy".

Excellent service.

Tony in the Quicklane area did an incredible job and the service foreman and his team were great. My F-150 needed brakes front and rear, a new battery, air filter, oil change, fuel injection service, wiper blades, and inspection. I brought the truck to the quick lane without an appointment at about 3:00 PM, they gave me a ride home, and I came back at 6:30 PM the same day and everything was done. A great experience.
