I had an overall good experience at the dealership. It can be improved in many ways. First of all, I asked them to tell me which car would be best in terms of price between a Civic and accord they recommended the civic would be better. We spend about four hours back-and-forth going through deals for the Civic then after I realized that the accord is better in terms of price then the management itself told me that you’re right that accord is better in price so I wondered why didn’t they tell me in the first place. also there consumed a lot of time going back-and-forth with unnecessary deals and promotions I didn’t want to purchase. But I would still say they tried their best. The car did get a deep clean but had a strange food type smell inside it since the minute I drove off with it. I would like to get renewal of the deep clean inward and out ward

This is our 6th Honda.
This is our 6th Honda. Our first was a purchase and our new 2026 CRV is our 5th lease. It is also our first time working with Honda in a new state. What can I say? Norm Reeves Honda delivered. My 80-year-old mom just bought a Honda Civic LX from Norm Reeves, and she's tickled pink. Norm Reeves gave us the best deal (thanks to our sales rep Jason Edmonds) out of 7 Texas dealerships and 1 Oklahoma dealership. Jason Edmonds was very persistent in trying to get us the best deal--he's a nice balance of being a hungry go-getter, but not pushy. Mom also gives 2 thumbs up about her experience at the dealership itself. We highly recommend Norm Reeves and Jason Edmonds.

I don’t recommend any dealership service centers, so
I don’t recommend any dealership service centers, so there isn’t any significance to my “no” answer. I use dealership service centers only while my vehicle is under warranty. Here’s why. In the four most recent trips for oil changes, these are the respective costs for recommended maintenance: $1,178.97, $780.84, $1,200.73 and $824.20. That’s an average of $996.19. I sincerely hope those of you in charge understand how ludicrous it would be for someone to spend $1K every time they come in for an oil change. Two visits ago, I did pay for an engine air filter. It is “recommended” every 12K miles, which obviously is much too often (see the above mention of $1K for every visit). And yet, on the most recent visit, there was a recommendation to replace the engine air filter. It had only been 10K miles. And yet, the photo looked like the filter was tens of thousands if miles worth of dirty. It left me with one question. Was my engine air filter really replaced on the previous visit? Hopefully you understand better why it’s like pulling teeth for me when I’m forced to take the car to the dealership for service. One last thing: It would be great if you could set up a true express service for oil changes, rather than those of us just wanting an oil change having to jump through all the hoops that go with more complicated service visits. The prospect of a long wait for a simple oil change is just no fun. This isn’t meant as a scathing critique. Just an honest assessment from someone who knows how to take care of cars, and has the track record to prove it (three purchases in the span of almost 20 years).
