I bought a suburban from this dealership September of 2025, and it was not a pleasant experience. First, financing would not accept my pre-approved offer from my bank. instead they said I had to go with an offer that had a very high interest rate. They said that this was the only offer and ignored my pre-approved offer. Now I am unable to get a refinanced since the loan-to-value is too high. Financing also took to long for the buy out of my trade in and I was penalized for late payment on my credit score. They said I didn't have to make a payment since they took ownership of my previous car. Second, they put a brand new transmission before I purchased it. On a road trip I made with my wife, the transmission was not shifting correctly. I took it to a Chevrolet dealership and they said the technician over filled it by 3 quarts. They also missed a serious problem that required the motor to be rebuilt. They completely ignored the issue. It cost me a lot of money to have it towed to a sister dealership in another county, and I had to pay $2500 to cover $9000 bill. My down payment was $6500 so I basically paid for the entire rebuild. When I called about the issue, it took all day for someone to get a hold of me and to take the matter seriously. Lastly, the title took 9 months after purchase to be handled and mailed to the DMV in another state. When I first went to the DMV, they claimed it was never received for months. When it was finally mailed, they never notified me that it was sent so I can get it properly registered to receive my plates. One of the managers Ted, handled the situation poorly. It wasn't until May 2026 they finally mailed it. However, they never called or emailed me that it was sent, until I called the sales man that I was dealing with. During this time with temp tags, I was pulled over multiple times in other states since law enforcement did not know how temp tags worked in my state. Officers were just doing their jobs, however, major inconvenience on my end. My experience with this dealership has been very poor and unacceptable across multiple departments and personal.

I called the Twin Falls Chevrolet dealership, set an appointment to drop my Chevy 3500 pickup off for service to get the well-known and documented issue of a warning light for low coolant resolved. I arrived with my vehicle and left it with the dealership. The dealership is beautiful, the shop is incredibly nice, and the staff are all super attentive and friendly. I felt that I was in very good hands from the initial call through the drop off of my vehicle, until I asked about possibly checking into a second small issue as well. I was informed that each issue was treated separately, and that there would be an automatic $175 charge for each issue addressed. I told the advisor to just address the single issue at that point. I then realized I hadn't completed the process of dropping off my truck and already spent $175. Cut to the end of the story: I am framing this from my personal perspective, and how I feel: I spent over $1,200 for a single radiator hose replacement (and patch on another). I mean no offense to the dealership, but I personally cannot confirm or deny that the hoses were part of the problem as the warning light is still on. That's right, the low coolant warning light I actually took the truck in for was NOT resolved, and it took more than a week (for me to be without a pickup) to 'not resolve' the issue. Furthermore, I will need to spend more money somewhere else to address the unresolved low coolant light issue, as Twin Falls Chevrolet cannot, will not, or whatever... I am pretty unhappy about the whole ordeal. I am trying, with great difficulty, to keep an open mind regarding this entire process. I do not want to insult the dealership or slander them, that is not my intent. I am more likely trying to simply justify my feelings of 'being taken' by a repair shop. Perhaps my expectations were set too high, perhaps I am wrong in feeling the way I do about this particular visit to the Twin Falls Chevrolet dealership. One of our adult children was flabbergasted when hearing the cost of this repair, barring the fact that the warning light is still on. They have a pickup near the model year of mine, with similar aftermarket additions. They go to a mechanic shop that specializes in diesel repairs. That shop replaced both hoses, clips, clamps, new fluid, and did other work on the radiator as well, all for under $500.00... I gave the dealership 3 stars. One for an excellent and well-maintained facility. One for the service and staff, which all were polite, knowledgeable, and attentive. The last one, honestly, is for having the oblivious brevity to send me an evaluation/review request within days of going through the experience I just did. That takes some Texas sized b***s... I am not completely sure, I just know, for lack of better or more intelligent words, I am feeling kind of ripped off or 'swindled' in some way, and maybe my feelings are misplaced, and I am wrong for feeling this way. Or maybe I'm not wrong...

Jordan is great!! Buying son's first vehicle was so fun and did not feel pressured or on a time clock. If you need a vehicle, go see Jordan at Twin Falls Chevy.

Jake Breault was a great salesperson, he helped us find the perfect truck. He spent a lot of time making sure we were making the right decision.

Had no intention of buying a Chevy. Was set to buy a Toyota tundra limited, but wanted to test drive the 3.0 duramax trail boss LT. I knew that the truck was priced more than the Toyota so didn’t want to waste time sitting down to discuss it but I did anyhow. So between Gustavo Ceron, salesman. Teddy who test drove my trade with me in it, who also delivered the offer , and Amber who worked the finance details I drove away with a wonderful 2025 truck. All in all it was a no hassle pleasant experience. Gustavo toured me through the service department and the maintenance shop all of which were extremely clean and organized. While all the details were being worked out I went outside and hung out , while there visited with another friendly guy named Josh who worked there. I’m impressed with this dealership. Thanks to Gustavo, Amber, Teddy for everything. Great people!

Purchased a car for my daughter on 11/06/2024 and had the pleasure of working with Brian. He was very kind and great to work with. He answered all of our questions and made this experience fun and exciting for our daughter as well. He made the buying process as easy as he possibly could and worked well with my husbands tight schedule. This is the second car we have purchased here and will definitely be back. Amber was awesome to work with on the loan side as well she made it as painless as possible and was so nice and knowledgeable.
