🚨 **Stay Away – Repeated Bait-and-Switch, Waste of Time** My experience with Auto Gallery Ford just kept getting worse. First visit: I had a confirmed appointment for a 2025 Nissan Altima after multiple calls and texts. I drove an hour to get there, only to be told the car was “in the shop for paint.” No heads-up, even though they confirmed my appointment the same day. That alone was already unacceptable. Since I was already there, I looked at another car. I actually liked it, but we didn’t agree on price, so I left. Then came a full week of follow-ups from their reps. Eventually, they offered a “middle ground” price and asked me to come in next day. Before wasting another trip, I did everything right: * Confirmed my appointment * Confirmed the car was still available * Confirmed the agreed price They said yes to all three. Then I asked for a **bill of sale in writing**. Good thing I did. After multiple follow-ups, they finally sent it — and the price was $2,600 higher than what we had agreed on. When I called them out, the manager’s excuse? “We had to repost the car at a new price.” So let me get this straight: you confirm the price, schedule me to come in within hours, and then quietly change the numbers hoping I show up anyway? If I hadn’t pushed for paperwork, I would’ve driven another hour straight into the same trap again. This isn’t miscommunication anymore — this is a pattern. * They confirm things that aren’t true * They don’t disclose important changes * They rely on you showing up so they can switch the deal Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time. Don’t trust anything unless it’s in writing — and even then, double-check it. Plenty of other dealerships out there. This one isn’t worth the risk.
