Best experience of my life
I have had bad eperiences at dealerships in the past. The compassion and caring that these people showed to me was remarkable. I was by far in need of lots of time and energy and that's exactly what I got. Mike Farley (salesman) and Lars (financial) and everyone else who worked so hard to make this happen for me. can't be beat. I will recommend Gresham Dodge to everyone. Thanks so myuch for helping me and sending us home with a new vehicle.

Poor quality
Looking for military discount. Disabled Marine Veteran. Was ready to sign the closing purchase contract for cash on 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Was told I had to be a 20 yr retired Veteran to get the Military Discount (750.00).. I almost died serving my country and all this xxxxxxxxx about being a 20 yr veteran (Disabled Retired) wouldn't count), I took my check book and drove off. I even made a offer on a 2015 Jeep Trail Hawk. Was supposed to be Safety Checked ???? Took it for a test drive and found the horn wouldn't work. Back into the shop and after 45 minutes they still couldn't find the problem. In the mean time the Salesman Lee, said lets hurry up and sign the purchase contract, without the horn not being fixed. xx. 45 minutes later horn problem still hadn't been repaired. Pretty bad a "Lemon" Car the first 30minutes after being test driven, Talk about buyer's remorse. It's a shame Gresham Chrysler. can't get their xxxx together... I later checked on the 2015 Jeep Trail Hawk (reviews) nothing but complaints * Glad, I took a hike. Now, looking at Toyota. .

nice place to loose your money
First time I came here was treated very very badly. Tried to give us next to nothing for our trade in and would not drop the price of the suv we wanted. Second time was the last straw. Told me to sale my truck on craigslist and walked off on me. Had a 2007 big horn and he acted like I had a pile of junk. These people really suck

Best dealer service department I've used.....By far!
I live in Vancouver, WA and drive all the way to Gresham Dodge to have my vehicle serviced. My local dealer damaged my car multiple time when it was still new so I had to find someone else I could trust to service it competently and treat it with the same respect that I do. I found just that with Ken and his team at Gresham Dodge's service department. Every time I come in, they seem genuinely happy to see me, they are very friendly and easy to talk to, they are always very up-front and honest with me about my vehicle and it's needs, without ever trying to oversell me on unnecessary service items. I have already referred multiple friends and colleagues to them and they are also pleased with their experiences. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest shop to have their jeep/Chrysler/Dodge vehicle serviced.

Great price negotiations excellent customer service
We came to gresham dodge after a terrible experience at gresham Nissan. We were looking for a used chrysler van. Will Hatton was an excellent customer service salesman. He didn't pressure us at all and gave us our space. He answered all questions. We negotiated a great price. Will made sure the van was detailed every inch before we drove it home. I would recommend dealing with Will and gresham dodge!

Terrible customer service
I called and made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to get recall work performed. When I got to the dealership, the service writer asked if I could come back the following week. I told him no, He said no worries and asked if I could come the week after that on a Tuesday, again I said no. I had called and the day I was there was my only day off. It took 5 1/2 hours to perform some but not all of the recalls. I waited for my truck because I the dealership could only provide a one way ride to my home. When the car was ready, it was longer than I was told it would be and they did not fix the recalled problems and did not tell me things were not completed. I sent a note to corporate customer service about my experience and that is how I learned some of the recall work was incomplete. The dealership lied and said they told me and wrote in on the service notice, they did not. Do not go to this dealership they are not the same quality and service oriented organization they were before.

Life has hiccups..Gresham Dodge supportive and helpful
I bought My Dodge Ram in July 2014 from Gresham Dodge. May of 2015 my truck got stuck in 4th gear. I took it in, and had some issue getting someone to hear me and what the issue was. Jeremy from the Service Dept has gold star customer service ! He explained what needed to be done and got me a ride home so I didn't have to wait there for the diagnosis. They dropped me at home while they diagnosed my car. I felt frustrated as I wasn't sure if I was looking at a huge bill or if it was covered by warranty so I waited anxiously for the call back.. I spoke to Jeremy a couple hours later, he let me know what was wrong, the parts were ordered already, and it was fully covered by warranty.. Jeremy also had to let me know some bad news in that phone call, my truck I had less than a year, had been run into by a customer while it was their. He gave me a verbal snapshot of what it looked like so I would not be surprised when I arrived on site. Gresham Dodge came to get me and brought me to the shop,an looked at my truck with me (yes there were tears and anger this first day). Service Center provided me all the customers information and the claim number for the insurance case as they already called and reported it on my behalf. The placed me in a loaner car for a few days while my trucks parts arrived and repaired it. Jeremy being the awesome, ever diligent representative in the service dept, when I inquired about the 'exhaust leak ' noted on the paperwork he told me to get the body repairs completed and come back to see him and he would get the exhaust manifold leak fixed and it was covered by warranty also.The customers insurance company had me take it straight over to the auto repair shop and they placed me into a rental car they paid for for the week my body repairs were being made. I travel for work, so I didn't get my vehicle back to Gresham Dodge until Tuesday this week. Jeremy again took care of me, told me what to expect and the expected time line. I went home in an enterprise rental car and was treated very well there also. I picked up my truck today. It runs, sounds and looks great. My total out of pocket for this entire months fiasco was approx 50 dollars to put gas back into the rentals and my time. Wow ! The warranty was honored, I was treated extremely well by Jeremy in service and would recommend dealing with him to anyone who wants to feel like someone hear's their concerns and takes them seriously. You may think, Good Lord, the vehicle was in an accident there, yes it was but it was not their fault, and the did everything in their power to make it as smooth a process as they were allowed to.Thank you Jeremy and Gresham Dodge. I walked away today feeling like a valued customer.

Great Service Center
I Bought my 2014 Ram 3500 DRW Laramie back in August of 2014. I use it for my business averaging about 9000 miles a month. Ken, the service manager and his team provide amazing customer service, excellent communication, and I'm always taken care of. There are plenty of options around to get good service. I choose to give these guys my business because they know my truck better than anyone and are quick to get me out the door. They understand that when my truck is down, I'm not making money. not a good time
1. they were supposed to hold my $10,000 down payment check until i had the money in the credit union. they did not hold it, luckily, the money was in there 2 hours before the check was. 2.we financed thru Chrylser Capital, & got a $500 for doing so. the dealer said we had to leave the loan with Chrysler for 181 days, or Chrysler could invoice us for the $500.(make us pay it back). Untrue, we financed afer 35 days. 3 Our exended service contract arrived in the mail with the wrong name on, , we are waiting to see if that gets fixed. 4. All in all, I would have rather stood in the snow in my bare feet for 8 hours.

Great service
I had my jeep in for an engine noise. The service advisor was easy to deal with and treated me like a friend not a customer. They were timely with the diagnosis and repairs. I talked with the technician who worked on my vehicle. He explained everything to me and helped me understand the issues and how to resolve them. The repair was done right the first time. I will definitely be going back for service and for my next car.
