The service people are so helpful, kind, super friendly

The service people are so helpful, kind, super friendly and polite. They keep you updated about your vehicle and answer any questions and help you no matter what the question. I do like bringing my vehicle in to Wilde Subaru. Even though it's a big dealership, they feel like the old home town dealerships, where they strive to give the customer personalized service. That goes a long way to build trust.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Gabe

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Gabe Buenrostro. His professionalism and communication were severely lacking throughout our interactions. After nearly a month of following up on my refund request, I received no clear response. Instead of addressing the issue, he blocked me on email, leaving me without any way to resolve the matter. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially when dealing with financial matters. Reliable communication and accountability are essential in any business, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Based on this, I cannot recommend working with him.
