Dis-organized, probably intentionally, in order to
Dis-organized, probably intentionally, in order to frustrate, and wear down the customer! sloppy, claims to have done an oil change but the old reminder label is still on the windshield, which means I have to go someplace else and pay for an oil change, so that I know for sure, that it has been done. They told me that I should buy their warranty program, because the remaining manufacturers warranty wasn't transferrable. (NOT TRUE) it transfers to the new owner! Per Hyundai warranty statement in the owers handbook!

Great Service. Claudia and John was very helpful, this is the first car I have bought so it was nice getting the extra help. There was some waiting time but it was worth it! Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

One of the salesmen at the dealership was very aggressive
One of the salesmen at the dealership was very aggressive and would not take NO for an answer. The situation became a quickly uncomfortable situation, to the extent after saying STOP to the unwanted behavior and calls. Managment was notified by phone and email and the salesmen found a way to call from his personal phone afterwards. Just pure disrespect.
