I was very pleased with the service Michelle Bolden was helpful in getting the car in and she answered me through a text whenever I come and I have dealt with her. She’s always respectful and courteous and this I greatly appreciate.

Duval made the buying experience at Safford Brown Kia

Duval made the buying experience at Safford Brown Kia very enjoyable. My mom and I had visited another Kia dealership earlier in the day and were not thrilled with the level of customer service. We explained that to Duval and he went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. I would definitely continue to do business with Safford Brown Kia and Duval if this is the standard!

Service was fast but oil change too expensive.

Service was fast but oil change too expensive. $50 for labor bring back the ild Kia service prices.

Representatives were respectful and responsive. Maintenance took about two hours. Only received a progress update right before maintenance completion, but had enough with me to pass the time.

Duval was up front and honest with all communications and stayed true to his word throughout the entire process. Overall, I think the entire process ended up feeling really rushed but in the end it all worked out. Tamiru, in the finance office, was fantastic and explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions putting my mind at ease.

I had such a great experience!

I had such a great experience!! As you know going to a dealership to buy a car can be exhausting. I had previous negative experiences at other dealerships where I felt pressure and didn’t follow through with the sale as a result. This was the most amazing experience I have ever had at a dealership. Sopele and Mrs. Solito understood my needs of buying a new vehicle. They were super helpful and pressure free.
