Very quick and clean environment.

Very quick and clean environment. I had a bad experience at Parsons Kia and decided to look elsewhere and as soon as I put in my information for a telluride within minutes I got a call from Syed and told him about my bad experience and he said I'm sorry, let me take care of you and that he did. Within minutes he had everything calculated and sent me how much it would be so I financed through my bank and went and picked the car up. I had to bring my 4 and 3 year old with me and they were all over the place and usually people get frustrated with that however he did not seem to care and even interacted with the kids. Definitely a 5 star from me. We are looking to get another car soon and even though Parsons Kia is just 15 minutes from me I'd rather drive over an hour and come back there and be treated the way I was treated. I was treated just like family!

Staff was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Staff was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. If they didn't have the answer, they worked to find it. They were flexible and understood our needs, working hard to meet us in the middle.

Fast, Efficient, friendly and stayed on top of it

Fast, Efficient, friendly and stayed on top of it throughout the buying process. I told them I wanted a certain color/trim that was unavailable at the time, and a month later they hit me up telling me it was gonna be on their lost in the next few days and did I want to buy it.
