I was very impressed with my most recent service

I was very impressed with my most recent service appointment. Jonathan made sure that all of my issues were resolved and took care of arranging coverage with my warranty provider. The service team made sure my issues were fixed and my car was nice and clean when I picked it up. Thanks all!!

Wonderful experience!

Wonderful experience! Everyone I encountered within the building/part of the team were helpful and friendly. I picked up my vehicle and the white glove service continued until well after I rolled off the lot. I've already recommended Safford Brown Kia and the sales team to a friend to purchase her new car.

We ordered a Hybrid Sportage SX prestige 9 months ago

We ordered a Hybrid Sportage SX prestige 9 months ago with Jimmy. It was expected to arrive in November and kept getting pushed back. Jimmy gave us constant updates and apologized every time the delivery was delayed. On Monday 16 Jan 2023, Jimmy called to notify the vehicle would be delayed once again but there was one available on the lot that just came in. Immediately my wife and I went to see the vehicle. Though it wasn't the color we ordered, we fell in love with it. Jimmy drafted all the paperwork immediately worked with Wais Safi, got us a good deal on the vehicle. We couldn't have expected the service to be any better. Working with finance manager Tamiru was also a breeze. He quickly and clearly explained all our options for us to make the best decision financially. Couldn't be happier with the service we received at this dealership and very happy with our vehicle. Thank you!
