I absolutely loved my experience with this dealership.

I absolutely loved my experience with this dealership. Jimmy Shams was my initial contact and he was very helpful to me before I even walked in the door. Excellent communication via text that saved me hours at the dealership. Wais worked with me over the phone and through email. His help allowed me to walk out with my dream car at a price I could afford. Claudia was our finance person and she explained everything so well. All three people we dealt with were extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

The sales person did a great job of working with us over

The sales person did a great job of working with us over the phone and providing the car decals (specific car details) via email as we lived 4 hrs away. Unfortunately, they wouldn't allow us to put down a deposit over the phone and we couldn't be there for 5 days. Lucky for us, the car was still available the day we arrived. After deciding we were going to purchase the car and pay cash, we asked the salesman to charge the electric car. We asked him several times over the next hour as the car was only at 50% charge. It was late, and we had a 4 hour drive home. He eventually complied, but unbeknownst to us, the dealer did not have a fast charger. We had them charge it for an hour thinking we would get a full charge and be able to make it home. That wasn't the case. They also never told us it didn't come with a level 1 charger. Fortunately we had one at home from our other car that we could use until our level 2 charger was installed. I can't imagine driving an electric car home and not being able to charge it. That's okay as long as you know ahead of time and plan appropriately!

The best buying experience I have had in 24 years of

The best buying experience I have had in 24 years of living in this area. I previously exclusively purchased all my vehicles (8 of them) and referred my family and friends to that same Ford dealership. After the extremely competent, efficient and professional experience that I received from Safford Brown Kia I will never go back and will always go back Safford Brown.
